Massage is a powerful tool for health and wellness.
I have been amazed over the years to see the degree to which this work can change
pain patterns, stress patterns, and even emotional patterning.

My style is strong and intuitive, to get the job done, whatever it may be.
I am trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, and Deep Abdominal Work. With my 18 years experience, I have seen many conditions transformed by body work.

My fee is $70/60 minutes, $115/90 minutes, but I also can provide
a sliding scale. I am covered by Regence, Aetna, Cigna, and any of
those in Healthways. I am located in the North end of Seattle in a peaceful, home setting.
